I have been working out for a little bit over 6 month consistently and over a year regularly. about a 3 month ago hit a plateau that I can’t get out of. I eat plenty of protein for my bodyweight (175 g everyday) I weight 78 kg about 20 percent body fat I have always worked out hard and I’m trying to get better but it seems like I can’t i hope someone can help me. If someone wonder I’m 15 here are my stats (b:225 s:275 d:none)
