Thank you

Yup 15 reps

It was 12 clean reps, then I took a 5sec rest standing up with the weight, then I dropped down and did 3 more

Whats up!...

Todays workout was shoulders and Biceps with some abs.
I felt really good today, so I thought I would do things a little heavier this time.
And it worked out great, little lower rep range but it was expected:coolguy:
I'm really satisfied with what I accomplished in the shoulder press with 2 reps at 90kg. Really good pump and burn in both my shoulders and biceps without any rotator cuff pain, which is not uncommon when I train shoulders.

Shoulders

Rotator cuff thingy with dumbbells

1x10 5kg
1x10 6kg
1x10 6kg
1x10 7kg

Rear delt cable pull:

1x10 15kg
1x10 20kg
1x10 25kg
1x12 30kg
1x12 35kg

Machine Shoulder press:

1x20 20kg
1x10 40kg
1x10 60kg
1x8 60kg
1x7 80kg (1 forced)
1x2 90kg (1 VERY forced)

Dumbbell Lateral Raise:

2x12 12kg
1x12 14kg
1x12 14kg (1 forced)

Biceps:

Dumbbell curls:

1x6 7kg

Thank you ordinary! ..Yepp I've partially torn the rotator cuff in my left shoulder, not a very nice experiance..So I warm up really good before I do anything with that shoulder. The press has always been a very good exercise for me. I always do it in a machine though...theres no way I can do dumbbell presses..the left shoulder's not up for it, I can't even get the dumbbel up for the first rep:keke:

What up Rocky

Yes I always do rotator cuff work before my shoulders, it warms me up really good, and I get a good pump from it also.

Yes of course 15 reps thats nothing :coolguy: I could barely walk away from the rack after that one....I felt like a very old woman the rest of the day and the day after..When I started to do Top deads instead of those of the floor my back just started to grow like grazy.

Thanks mikew, It won't take you long intil you can, that last back shot look great. And a deadlift at 484lbs is not bad, far from it.
