Sorry if I'm mistaken, but is this your first cycle, Drid?

What about diet?

this will be my 2nd cycle

first cycle was epistane at
40/40/40/40.


diet will be
800 - 1000 calories over maintenance
protein will be body weight plus more
fats will be 50 - 80g

meals 6 - 8

Without being able to train for around 1.5 months after PCT of Epistane cycle, i lost all my strength but i kept my size but i decided to trim back the bodyfat to prepare for this cycle of p-plex
