the back session looked good, although I disagree with the Pulldowns, I can only assume your strong enough to be able to pull off a numerous amount of pullups.

You recently dieted I think I read, where were you before? 185 and 11-12% bodyfat, you just wanted to lean up a little more for summer I'm assuming right?

anyway, looking good dude, you obviously know what your doing with the diet and good luck with the Max-Ot :xyxthumbs:

ya man i was 185 probably closer to 12% BF now im anywhere from 172-175 and around 8-9%BF. I just wanted to lean out for summer and spring break ya. I'm itching to bulk up though...hoping to hit 190 this time around. The reason for the pulldowns is im trying to follow this MAX-OT 12 week program and they called for it. I prefer chins-ups. I think if i can get a good bulk this fall i'm gonna try to compete next spring. Thanks for the feedback!

Felt like doing Cardio tonight
16Min MAX-Cardio

Had a wicked pump in the chest tonight...felt like i got stronger as the workout went on. I;m still sore in my hams and triceps. Overall the XF seems to be working as far as DOMS and HUNGER!! feel like i could eat 24/7. Cant wait to do another cycle come bulk season (when i can eat bigtime). But so far so good my weight went up to 177 this morning. Could be holding alittle more water from the Green bulge. Think im gonna up cardio to 4-5 days next week as my goal is still to stay as lean as possible.

Took saturday and sunday off. Fell off my diet saturday, went out with the boys to watch the playoffs. Eitherway back on track now. One day is ok once in awhile i guess ;-) Legs tonight. I'll post the workout later on

Not gonna lie....felt pretty tired and weak. Super hot here today and i dunno just didnt seem to have aot of energy in the gym. So far XF has been giving me doms, hunger and thats about it, but its only been a week. I hope the strength and lean weight gains start coming soon. Weight tonight 175lbs.
