All time best Jay? Maybe. Average Dex? Absolutely not.

not that he is average as a bodybuilder, but his package today was average for him. no improvements. the same old dex. a consistent top 6 finisher in any pro show, but nothing more.
last year it took the super off jay of the prejudging to loose to him.
even last year finals' jay would beat every dexter's apereance...not to talk about the striated new one

Are you serious? Come on Pain, you know Dex has not a chance. I mean, it's "easy" being more symmetrical and conditioned when you are 45 pounds lighter than your main opponent.

If proportions were more important than mass, Melvin Anthony and Troy Alves would place top 6 in every contests, but this do not work that way.

both john romano and dave palumbo say dex deserves the win. shame on them.
so an average dex can beat a "one of the all times' best" jay?
no chance in hell.
if only jay nailed at last year's prejudging all this over hype about dexter jackson wouldn't exist...

AVERAGE DEX?! dexter looks amazing! i still think jay should win but dexter looks bigger and more ripped than last year.

I may agree with dave, jay can be tied to dexter depending on what the judges are looking for, if they are tied in the eyes of the judges, the champ wins.

he does has better conditioning, harder glutes, harder arms, harder shoulders, harder chest. Dexter Has better symmetry and proportions and his Lower Back is in far better condition than jays. Jay has size and clavicle width that will give him the "cut above" everyone else.
