Those DB flies are pretty impressive Lyon, especially for em being incline
thought it'd be harder with incline than flat or decline...
back squats and BB presses on that rest day are darn good
lots of work, even thru that rest day. keep it up bro!!!

man, your front squats are out of this world
doing more weight for fronts than back?
lucky, haha, i cant balance that for crap's
straps for deads will help, alot, been using my Schiek ones
i have to give Braaq some props for helping me choose them
i'd suggest getting some, those 225s will be like 315s easily +
heavy ass leg presses man, hope the pump was amazing !!

Quality sessions. Definately get some straps - althought it would be nice to have your grip improve at the same rate as your back strength, there is no point denying yourself back mass at the expense of your grip!
