right now i just trained biceps and triceps, a thing i never normally do

hypo: yeah idk why but i"ve never liked to train work out biceps
and yeah strength is coming

the past two nights i've done circuit training during hell week for football
the first night conisted of:
bicep curls (db and bb)
shoulder shrugs
bench
lateral raises
bent over lateral raises
knee tucks
pushups
bench dips

the second night (tonight) consisted of:
prisoner squats
back extensions
bicycle crunches
box jumps
calf raises
decline medicine ball sit ups
knee tucks
lunges
leg press
crunches

all this is on top of the running at practice

yeah it sucks
on monday we start having 4 hours of practice with a 30 minute break in the middle to snack
for sure I will but you better too, we go helmets and shoulderpads on monday so that's gonna be my first taste of hitting this season

we did these in a rotation i cant remember weights
we were there from 4:30-10:10
which included lifting, running, a 30 minute break, and then a regular practice
bench
pushups
db flyes
db lateral raises
standing military
trap bar shrugs
ez bar preacher curls
db curls
db hammer curls

all were 3X10 except preachers which was 1 set of 50

today's lifting, conditioning, and practice went from 4-9

the lifting was

squats
leg press
leg extension
leg curls
lunges
calf raises
deadlifts (trap bar)

each lift was 3 sets of 20 reps

the conditioning was
5 quarter mile laps
5 sets of bleachers

standing barbell calf raises ss hammer strength shoulder press (i think that's the name of it)
