^^^^ Yes and No, I should have done it today but just didn't have it in me.. Quick question for you. When you do Rack Deads where do start from? Thanks man for stopping by.

I start at about three to four inches below my knees (bottom hole in the power rack) meaning there is only about three or four inches that I am losing. Generally that is mostly legs and where you may have the tendency to curve your back. Since I quit doing deads from the floor I have not lost anything other than a hurt back.

Today was LIGHT upper and I mean LIGHT still a bit sick..

Warmup:
Rotator Work

Decline Hammer Strength:
(2 plates) x 20

(2 plates and 25's) x 15

(4 plates) x 12

V-Handle Pulldowns:

(120) x 15
(140) x 15
(150) x 12

Smith Machine Flat Bench:

(165) 4x15 slow and steady

T-bar rows in the Squat rack:

(5, 25's) 3x 12

Upright Row Press:

(80) 3 x 15


30's Front, Side and Bent Over raises
2 sets of those bad bitches with an amazing 5lbs.

Bicep Cable Curl:


Skull Crusher on Incline.

Seated Leg Curl:

Seated Calf Raise:

hip ad and abduction

that was it for today I think I am really drained today can't really member much of my workout..

i tried the DB squats before, tell you one thing never got passed 55lbs on em heh
very tough on the outter quads
good thing you were taking it light while you were sick! can't be to riskful

Looks really good. That was solid weight on your "light" bench to get 15 reps with.

Rocky: Thanks for the words my good man. Bench felt decent that day.

Creator: Love using the DB, for some reason I felt that it isolated the hams and glutes a lot better. Worked for me, who knows. Give it a try the stop and go bench I stole from you worked great..

Squat:

Seated lug curl:

Lunges:

(75) 2 x 20 each leg


Standing Calf Raise:

Followed up by some stretching pretty good day.

Been throwing around some crazy weights I see :gaygay: DB SLDL sounds like something I am going to try pretty soon.

Love that Decline Hammer Machine for chest also :tiphat:
