Squat 200kg/440lbs 5 or 6 reps:hhj:
Flat BB press 145kg/320lbs 6 reps
Deathlift 230kg/506lbs 1 rep
Front BB press 127,5kg/280lbs 6 reps
BB Curl 70kg/155lbs 7 reps
CG benchpress 145kg/320lbs 5 reps
Dips bw+45kg/100lbs 8 reps

You are bro :2: Confidence when your hitting the weights is a must. I never look at weight as impossible, it just has to be lifted in my mind. So I do it, and I surprise the shit outta myself afterwards.

For your first time deading and you managed 120kg (~265lbs) that is awesome :2: you will be deading twice that in no time. Good job bro :xyxthumbs:

Flat BB press : 110kg x 1 (~242.5lbs)
Deadlift : 240kg x 1 (~530lbs)
Drag Curl :60kg x 10 (~135lbs)
CG benchpress : 80kg x 10 (~176lbs)
Dips : BW x 15 (~2000lbs :keke:, jk)
Skullcrushers : 45kg x 10 (~100lbs)
Shoulderpress: 80kg (~176lbs) (Dont remember the reps)

Dips -135lbs on belt for 6 reps below parallel
Chins - 70 lbs 6 reps
Incline dumbell press 130 lbs dumbells for 8 reps
shouder press 90 lbs dumbells 6 reps
strangely enough, I can barely bench 325 on flat barbell :dunnodude:

140kg squat = 10 reps
190kg deadlift = 4 reps
bw (15st) dips = 30 reps

some pb's i leg pressed 400kg for 8 reps and dumbell tricep extension with 50kg for 8 reps (i was on 45 for ages)
