I am pretty sure that Ronnie Coleman was 330 lbs in the offseason for 03 olympia :)

but Big Ramy still looks really good at that weight and after a week at the hospital!

Dennis James and Big Ramy go to the gym 1 day before leaving for the 2014 Arnold Classic Brazil.
The leg workout is so intense that Ramy can barely make the stairs after.
