I need to get back into my journey to my first competition and I think I am in a "catabolic state". Instead of a normal 2 hour lifting session I only do 2 exercises per body part now and it seems like they are completely maxed out and get their gains.
Will having not lifted for 1.5 years give me n00b gains again? Is there anything special that I can do to get extreme gains in my current position? I know I can somehow take advantage of not having lifted for this long, just would like to ask for some good advice from good people.
