What do you think, guys, agree?
Some of them are pretty smart, but this is more an exception than the ruleI don't believe the doctors at all.
They are all the general knowledge, after this their expertise stops.

Have you ever notices that those in the health industry are not healthy?
Maybe all of us here are health conscious. But for me, a healthy diet means one that I can still enjoy. Okai, less or no salt is better but as I said, why would I eat a bland food when I can make it delicious even with a little salt. Even with the drinks, I always wanted soda especially when the weather is hot. But I cannot drink soda all the time so moderation is the key to healthy living. And you can live up to 100 and enjoy your life too.

When ever I asked a doctor about certain aspects of my own fitness and diet program, she has no idea or just gives me the plain answer- eat balanced. So, no help there at all.
It depens which doctor do you ask.if it's a nutritionist then it's strange.but it's best to do a biochemical analysis and see for yourself. The best doctor is your body because it gives an instant reaction (in most cases)
You're right! Life is too short not to enjoy it! We can eat healthy and delicious.I think the most important not to have habits-not to drink too much(2 glasses of wine on weekend is ok if you're not on cycle),not to smoke, sleep well, drink enough water. To live according to this rules is not difficult i think.

Well that is very true it's always better to consult a doctor only in case of emergencies. Most of the diseases which are common and seasonal can be cured with natural remedies and medicines. Excess use of drugs can result in the weakening of the immune system in the long run. I think that proper diet , exercise and adequate amount of sleep and rest can keep you away from most of the diseases.
As someone who has been vegan for 2 years, and then switched to carnivore, i know a vegan diet **can** be healthy, i dont think for most people with severely damaged gut biomes that it is, plants are hard to digest, have anti nutrients, compared to meat are low in both calories and nutrients per volume. But i have no problem with people who do veganism unless they moralize to you about it.
My brother-in-law who is a doctor is suffering from kidney problems with a high reading of creatinine. They couldn't give me a clear explanation of the cause but the hint is the diet. The specialist doctor who was attending to him said that health needs particularly the diet depends on the type of the body. In other words it's a case to case basis.
