Does chocolate help to enhance your energy level during workout? I have seen lot of people suggesting to with chocolate with lot of vitamins or may be protein if its true that, what would be he quantity of consuming it before workout, and how safe it would be for a person who does exercise daily? I am pretty that everyday consumption of chocolate won't help you to be active whole day, but need proper guidance and suggestion so I could decide something better for myself.
