    Thanks Mex, the bulk is going really well for me so far. I plan on weighing in tomorrow and hopefully I will be around 185-187. That's the plan at least.

    That Squat is still awesome dude, keeping it HEAVY!!! thats right! Tryin to get wide with those chinups too hell yea dude!
    at them Deads! Doing deads and Squats on the same day takes some KAHUNAS!!! and for that amount of weight that is awesome dude, crazy awesome weight right there. Hittin those Narrow Grip hard too with some heavy weight then going right back to Squats 2 movements of Squats and Deads in the same day thats awesome dude and finishing up toasting those quads with that one legged press, I see some greatness right here Palmetto. Sessions getting better and better each and everytime! LIGHTWEIGHT!!!!

    Legs and Back...are you nuts bro?! Not only did you pick the two toughest muscle groups you picked some of the hardest exercises for them and absolutely dominated them. Congrats on the PB and I can't wait to see more of them and more weight on your scale. Hit 'em up!

    Crap! You weren't kidding about getting some serious movements in Palm were you! Aint nothing to cry about, those squats are flaming impressive, fronts too Superb deadlifting as well mate, massive congrats on the P.B, well deserved in my opinion.

    I want to start off first by saying that I don't know what has come over me the last few sessions but I feel like a complete animal in the gym and I LOVE IT. I do an excersize until I can't go anymore and then go some more. I don't see it as overtraining, I see it as overacheiving and thats what you have to do in this sport. When I see the guy next to me tanking it, I bust it harder b/c I WILL be the one taking that trophy from him come the end of May. With that said, here we go.

    Great work dude, you smoked your triceps, that drop set on close grip is just nutts...ITS NUTTS! Hit those shoudlers hard too man with some good weight as a matter of fact. Finishing off with those dips as well, hell yea man putting some mass on them triceps good shit dude. Do I even need to mention anything about them shrugs? Tryin to get traps like me boy? excellent job man

    Hey man sorry to disapoint you but I don't think I will be able to get a session in today. I have a major presentation due in my english 295 class and it's whoopin my ass. I got a feeling its gonna be a long night. If I'm not too tired, I plan on a chest and squat session tomorrow. I'll let ya'll know.

    Hey guys, no session today b/c I need sleep. I havent slept since Wednesday so that is around 30 hours with zero sleep, not even a nap.
