    Solid back/tri session, man; I used to do that split myself. I like the feel of the log and how you lay out your plans for moving up on your next workout, being structured (I know you like being super structured haha) like this definately lays out the foundation for improvement. Keep hitting 'em hard, brother

    Chest and Bi's

    Terrible day in the weight room today. I dunno what was up but it was a shitty day, I felt weak as hell. Oh well, I guess it was bound to happen sooner or later because I have been bustin' it as of late. Here we go:

    Russian Bench Press Program- 2x2- 225 lbs.
    DB Incline Curls- 10x30 lbs., 8x35 lbs., 6x40 lbs.
    DB Incline Bench- 10x65 lbs., 6x70 lbs., 2x75 lbs. (Terrible)
    Pec Dec- 10x120 lbs., 8x135 lbs., 6x150 lbs.
    Standing E-Z Bar Cable Curls- 10x120 lbs., 8x130 lbs., 6x140 lbs.

    That's it, hopefully tomorrow will be a lot better when I hit up legs. Until then...peace.

    Hey mate, I don't see anything terrible in your workout. Some days you are not stronger as usually, but that's pretty common. Try to rest and strengh will come back soon!

    It's nice to see your russian bench progress mate... keep it up!

    Everyone goes into the gym sometimes and just doesn't have the strength behind them they thought they would...that being said, your session if far from terrible! Awesome weights on the EZ bar curls too; don't be down on yourself, just better yourself next time!

    yo yo Palmetto, dont even sweat that session man. We all have them days and on days like that you gotta keep your head up, lower the weight, and do what you gotta do baby!!! That bench has finally reached the 225 mark I see, excellent job. You hit them legs hard man, not just hard but I'm talking HARRDDDD come on man, eat something before and get pumped baby! I wanna see 110% for your Legs!

    First off, I just want to say thanks to all you guys for the support. Yesterday was just a fluke I guess. Just one of those days that comes every once in a while. Today I felt like my old self and I pounded my legs. Made it short, sweet and to the point. I had a hard time walking upstairs to my room. Here we go!

    Russian Squat Program- 2x2- 315 lbs. DROP SET 225 lbs. for 12 reps
    Leg Press- 10x345 lbs., 10x400 lbs., 8x450 lbs., 6x500 lbs., (Move up 50 lbs. next session.)
    Laying Leg Curls- 10x110 lbs., 8x120 lbs., 6x130 lbs. DROPSET with 70 lbs. 10x
    Sitting Calf Raises- 2x10 with 90 lbs.
    SUPERSETTED WITH:
    Standing Calf Raises- 2x10 with 90 lbs.

    That's it fellas. Just because I'm bored I'll list my Post Work-out meal:
    ON's Protien Shake
    Bannana
    Baked pork chop
    Broccoli Casserole
    Two Slices of Tomatos
    Green Beans

    There we go: tomorrow is my off day and then I get back at it with back and tri's Thursday.

    thats right Palmetto, hitting that 315 thats good shit. That drop set had to kill too, thats intensity at its finest, I bet you were dizzy as shit after that set. Leg Press is improving nicely too, awesome. Hitting calves hard too, good job not neglecting them, excellent job Palmetto. Glad to hear you felt like the Palmetto of old and crushed the weights with a brutal force that we know you apply each and everytime.

    i get dizzy alot from leg training. its usually from the constant up and down motion causes vertigo to kick in. nice session bro. keep it up
