    La Freqe's Food Log

    I'm going to do a daily food log in a effort to work out my daily calorie intake for the purposes of a cutting diet.

    Breakfast - 22/01/09
    4 weetabix with full-cream milk
    teaspoon of honey
    protein shake with water (I was too lazy to cook eggs this morning)

    carbs: ~65g
    protein: ~38g
    fat: ~10g
    calories: ~450cals

    Abs and bf% of 10-12 so I can decide on my competition weight and go from there.

    I'd say a little less protein and more carbs. Just choose one protein source (milk, eggs, sausage, etc) and you'll be fine.

    Also, beer is fine as long as you have some for breakfast, too. Easy way to get the carbs in.

    Alright 1 week ago now. I know, having a diet log is truly hard atleast in my opinion.
    I tried it on the phone but failed fairly quick.
    However, maybe if you keep if up I'll find some great motivation
