As much as i dont like Branch, he looks awesome right now.

Branch does look awesome in that shot!

Branch looks very good conditioning wise... but muscle wasting on his arms seem to be getting worse IMO. At least thats what really hits me whenever I see branch!

Ok two things... first if rest of Flex L looks anything like his arm then rest of the 212 shouldnt even bother coming to the show!

TWO and perhaps more importantly... I think I might have accidently stumbled upon a work around for using the "Quote" (for those who have not been able to for months now)... hit the "blog this" link and then type whatever you wish to type, then copy paste that into "Advanced" reply

the same stuff that happened to Ronnie's arm, lat and leg... and happened all over to Plumbo and Gaspari! With Branch I kinda see the signs in his biceps, triceps and forearms and "lower-outer" pecs
