The best method, by far, to accurate determine where our individual body parts fall in terms of over symmetry and proportion is the tape measure.

Measurement Tips:

1.Refrain From Exercise Before Measuring
2.Measure In A Relaxed State
3.Do Not Pull The Tape
4.Measure Both Sides:

Body Parts To Be Measured:

1.Upper Arm (right and left)
2.Forearm (right and left)
4.Thigh (right and left)
5.Calf (right and left)
