"The light of my day these days is hanging with my baby girls at McDonald’s while healing at the same time. One week after 4 level neck fusion surgery I’ve never felt as good as I do now. God is good all the time. Although I’m hoping this is my last surgery I’m very optimistic it will not be the last one but I can hope and dream. My Dr did tell me I need spine correctory surgery, I’m just enjoying being almost pain free."

Happy anniversary to Ronnie Coleman and his wife!
Ronnie:
"It’s Anniversary time again for the best wife in the world. Our 3rd year of marriage anniversary but we’ve been together for about 10 years as evidenced by our soon to be 9 Year old cutie Miss Susie. I know we all say we have the best wife in the world by mine proves it by taking good care of our 6 kids, 7 with me. And when your wife is sound asleep and you wake your up at 2am and ask her to cook some food for you and she does it without any complaints, you have the best wife in the world. Oh by the way she has to get up at 4am to take the kids to skate practice. We are all dressed and headed to our favorite restaurant that she picked this time because last time I picked it. She also paid for this meal with her credit card because last time she said I posted the receipt of the meal here because it was so expensive. So I have no idea what this meal cost but we did have an awesome meal at Nick & Sams in Dallas and saw a great movie afterwards. Well at least I thought Shazam was a great movie, she fell asleep and didn’t like it. Well here’s to another 40-50 years my love. Happy Anniversary to you once again, I love you with all my heart....."

"Had a wonderful time with the competitors of the Amateur Olympia Bodybuilding Championships here in Incheon, South Korea. There were about 400 competitors and the competition between these men and women was very fierce. The show was great and the turnout was very impressive as are most IFBB worldwide staged competitions. There were competitors from all over the world. I even met a wonderful young woman competing that had come from my home State of Texas. She was from nearby Plano Texas which is about 40 minutes drive from where I live in Arlington Texas. She even told me she worked at a my home gym Metroflex in Arlington. This show was a huge success and I look forward to coming again next year. This is my 4th or 5th visit to South Korea and every visit gets better and better and the people here are some of the nicest and gracious kind people you ever want to Meet. See you guys next year and thanks for the hospitality."
