Good day everyone! To who asking about the training in Ramada.
I train after i have 2 meals i try to do it fast and short
it sample and easy ( this photo before ramadan )
السلام عليكم. الرجالة يلي بتسال عن التمرين برمضان. عن نفسي انا بتمرن بعد ما اكل وجبتين وبعدها التمرين بيكون سريع وقصير ونفس الروتين وطبعا حسب طاقة الجسم وتعودوا على الصيام الطويل. وربنا يتقبلوا منا اجمعين ( الصورة ده قبل رمضان بكم يوم )
