Pic on the left was in 2008 at the Mr universe, my first year of competing. This was my 4th show that year ( my diet & prep was a JOKE back than, never even took proteïne)

Pic on the right was in 2016 at the EVL's Prague Showdown, (my prep, work out and Supplementation was on point) won that show by the way��

That's the difference between no proper diet without supplementation and proper diet with supplementation. .
