With the legend, God of symmetry, Flex Wheeler the man I look up to in my early twenties when I seriously start lifting weights.

Here is what William the Conqueror said about it:

Pic on the left was in 2008 at the Mr universe, my first year of competing. This was my 4th show that year ( my diet & prep was a JOKE back than, never even took proteïne)

Pic on the right was in 2016 at the EVL's Prague Showdown, (my prep, work out and Supplementation was on point) won that show by the way

That's the difference between no proper diet without supplementation and proper diet with supplementation. .
