I think you look on tracks. I bet your biggest problem will be drying out those hammies but you already look very tight and hard from the front. Great job!
yeah my glutes and hams are holding fat. i'm not too worried though i should be able to incinerate it in 8 weeks. i'm starting to hate the stair stepper more and more. that thing kicks my ass
a front double update from 6 weeks out. flash was on so not much detail since i am pretty white right now. taking some more pics today after cardio at the gym....better lighting and such. will post them up asap.
Great build. I would suggest some improvements on posing. You have a phenomenal physique and you dont want to lose a placing due to posing. Keep up the hard work brother!
You look good overall. Your front poses are better than the rear ones. That last side chest looks very nice. Keep on pushing and you'll get your reward. Good job!
Looking great... left leg looks a bit bigger though, if I were you I might consider altering the posing to try and "hide" this a little bit, something like this maybe. Flex would be the person on here to ask as he is a great posing coach.
Yeah my right leg is slightly bigger. At least the tear drop. I usually do a staggered stance like Phil. I do a lot of lunges and single leg presses, but I think its just the shape of the tear drop that makes it look this way. They measure the same all the way up the quad.
4 weeks out video. going through the mandatory poses quick after cardio. need to work on back poses and front lat spread. kind of shitty quality and lighting is only on one side.
you look awesome bro. major props seems like ur ahead for 4 weeks out and going about this the right way. good luck with the rest of the prep and keep us updated=)
