Thanks Z. Tomorrow will be a great day - I will remember my straps, get up early and go to kick some ass. A.M. sessions are always the best. Confidence:D But I must radiaclly raise the weights druing the next blok, if I want to call it a progress: I have lifted these weights already. I understand, that I just had a flu, but still a part of me is unsatisfied.

Damn. Squat didn't go as well as I expected (at least 100kg x 6) and hamstring didn't like squatting, but that doesn't matter.

2. Wrist curls: 50kg x 12
3. Standing calf raises BB: 170kg x 12
4. Lying leg curls: 35kg x 21
5. Squat: 90kg x 4

Because Dante says so:borat:

70kg x 10-5-3 = 18RP
2. Shoulder Press: 60kg x 8-4-2 = 14RP
3. Dip: +15kg x 8-4-3 = 15RP
4. Pulldown: 75kg x 9-4-3 = 16RP (nice and slow)
5. T-Bar row: 60kg x 12

Gotta put in squat work first bro, the last workout will always be the most terrible one due to the cals your body has spent.

I'm not fully recovered from the hockey and weight sessions, so I chose to push this workout a little further, so I can lift more weights. PE makes me think of reducing the amount of workouts to just 3, so I could still train heavy. It would only last for 4 weeks.

Today:

B1
1 Benchpress DB:
37kg x 12-6 = 18RP
2 Shoulderpress in a machine: 14something x 8-4 = 12RP
3 French press: 50kg x 12-10 = 22RP (1. set: bad hand position)
4 Pull-ups: +15kg x 10-4-3 = 17RP
5 Bend-over row: 90kg x 20

I'm still unsatisfied with the db press, but a great workout otherwise
