6/23 — Chest and triceps. Made some macro adjustments and added extra cardio every day, but overall I’m happy with the progress. Sitting around 2,800 calories and 190lb and I’m really liking the way things are looking. Picked up a squat belt, and I’m finally getting closer to where I want to be.

6/24 – Back, Biceps, and Extra Cardio

Back and biceps today, with additional cardio planned later. Everything is starting to come together—muscle definition is improving, and I’m seeing noticeable increases in muscle mass while staying lean. Weight is holding around 190 lbs.

The primary goal of this cut is to continue leaning out while building muscle, and the added cardio is definitely helping move things in the right direction. Current focus areas are bicep growth and overall back development. Diet remains consistent, and the plan is working well so far.

6/25 – Finished my final full-body workout before a few days off. Still dealing with a minor strain in my right trap, but overall progress continues to move in the right direction. I'm finally starting to look and feel like a bodybuilder, and the added cardio is definitely making a difference.

My goal for the next six weeks is simple: stay consistent with the program, keep calories around 2,800, and continue adding extra cardio. The focus remains on building muscle mass while keeping body fat under control as much as possible. Results have been excellent so far, and I really enjoyed incorporating the belt squat into today's workout. The next three days will be dedicated to recovery and rest.

6/26: My long work/rest stretch starts today. Friday through Sunday will be recovery days, with a full rest day today and cardio on Saturday and Sunday. I appreciate everyone who suggested adding cardio—it's been part of my program for the last two weeks, and the progress has been awesome. I'm really starting to fill out while staying around 190 lbs. I also adjusted my Reta dose to 2 mg every 3 days. This program has been working great. Even though I only get 4 lifting days each week, I train with high intensity, and I think those 3 recovery days combined with cardio are making a huge difference. Looking forward to keeping the momentum going.

6/29: Leg day today. Added sissy squats and belt squats to the workout, and both felt great. Mentally, I'm at that point in the cut where I feel a little smaller, but I know it's part of the process. Everything else is staying the same. Reta is back to 2 mg E3D, and I also picked up some cycle support. Got outside for some sun today, which was nice. Been staying busy between work and life drama, but I'm keeping the program on track. Also have some goodies on the way, so looking forward to that. Progress is still moving in the right direction—just have to trust the process.

6/30 – Chest & Triceps

Chest and triceps are done, and everything is progressing well. I've adjusted my training back to heavier weight with lower reps, focusing on maximizing muscle fiber recruitment and overall intensity. So far, it's been working great.

Bodyweight is holding steady at 190 lbs, and I've also added some cycle support to help keep everything on track. The goal remains to build quality muscle while staying lean and consistent. Looking forward to seeing how these adjustments pay off over the coming weeks.

7/1 – Back & Biceps

Another solid session today. Extra cardio and cycle support have really been helping. Donated blood today as well and I'm sticking to the program. Thinking about bumping my reta up a little, but overall I'm feeling great.

One thing I've really been enjoying is having people reach out for advice and training help. That said, I've also had quite a few people asking for gear sources. My opinion is that if you don't have a solid foundation of training, nutrition, and basic knowledge about gear, you probably shouldn't be thinking about using it yet. It's definitely not something to jump into, and it's not something I'm going to hand out or give away.

Maybe that makes me sound rude, but I'd rather encourage people to build a strong base first. The results come from consistency, not shortcuts.

7/2 – Delts & Traps

Finished off delts and traps today. Since I've got the next three days scheduled for rest, I also blasted the rest of my body to wrap up the week.

The sissy squats and belt squats have been a great addition. I'm only two weeks into the new program, but my quads are definitely feeling it. Legs are my main focus right now, and I'm excited to see how they continue to respond.

Diet and training are still locked in. I adjusted my reta back up to 4 mg after running it at 2 mg E3D while I was low, so we're back on track.

Also finished my last KGear vial, and both Test E vials have been completely PIP-free. Really happy with how everything has been going.

Thanks to everyone for the support and encouragement—it means a lot.

7/3 – Rest Day

Rest day today! Since I'm off work Sunday, I'm probably going to hit a hard arm workout, with abs as my warm-up.

Everything else is staying the same. My big shipment came in, so I've decided to increase my reta dose. Cardio is still 25 minutes on the elliptical.

I've got around 6 weeks left on this cut, so I'm really going to see how lean I can get while holding onto as much muscle as possible. Once I get there, I'll decide what the next move is. Appreciate everyone following along and all the support!

7/5 – Arms & Lats 💪

Had the day off work, so I decided to hit arms and lats instead of waiting until later in the week.

Current stats:• 5'6"• 190 lbs• Diet around 2,800 calories with added cardio

Planning to get bloodwork done before the end of the month just to make sure everything looks good. I'm really starting to see myself dial in, and the slow cut is coming together while holding onto as much muscle as possible.

Current cycle is just test at 750 mg/week with reta at 4 mg every 3 days. Looking forward to seeing where the next 6 weeks take me.

7/6 Leg Day. Had a great workout today. I've added either calves or abs every other day, and it's really been paying off. I'm also loving the sissy squats—my quads are absolutely screaming afterward.

I don't always get my cardio in right after training because of time, but I make sure to get extra cardio in before bed. That's really been helping me lean out while holding onto muscle.

I still need to get my BMI down, but the program is working well. I'm slowly getting leaner while maintaining muscle mass, which is exactly what I was aiming for. It may end up taking longer than the original 6-week plan, but I'd rather make steady progress than rush the cut.

7/7 update: The changes to my training are working awesome. I always try to adapt instead of doing the same thing forever. I switched from mostly moderate weight with time under tension to heavier weight while still controlling the reps, with fewer exercises and more focus on compound movements and quality working sets.

Macros are holding steady at 2,800 calories, and the added cardio most days has been working well. Labs should be done next week, although the test result will likely cap at 1,500. Currently running 750 mg test with 4 mg reta E3D.

Overall, everything is going well. The slow cut is doing exactly what I wanted—holding onto muscle while gradually leaning out. Looking forward to seeing what the bloodwork shows and continuing to make adjustments as needed.

7/9 — Really starting to see this cycle pay off. Everything is finally coming together, and I have about six weeks left. Labs should be in next week, although total testosterone will cap at 1500. Today was a full-body session with a main focus on shoulders and traps. I’m also really loving the sissy squats lately. I’m going to start slowly stocking up for my next cycle, and right now I’m leaning toward test and mast, though I haven’t decided on the exact dose yet. I’ll be taking a break from posting until Monday for my rest days, unless I decide to post something from vacation on Sunday.

Birthday today, and I'm busy but grateful. Tried out a new church this morning and still got my workout in.

No matter what you're chasing in life, you have to be realistic with your goals. I've stayed consistent with my diet, added cardio, and I don't drink or smoke. There are no shortcuts. Too many people want results without putting in the work, and it shows.

Change isn't easy. I've failed plenty of times, but every setback taught me something and helped me become a better version of myself. Stay patient, stay consistent, and trust
1000002001
the process.

7/14 – Chest & Triceps

Chest and triceps today. My lab work should be back before Friday, and I'll decide my next move once I see the results.

Overall, I'm feeling good—just tired, but in a productive way. I made a few adjustments to my training to work around some minor strains, and it's been helping.

I also increased my reta dose to 5 mg E3D. I was only holding off because I was running low, but my order finally came in.

This cut is really starting to come together. The current plan is to finish this testosterone blast in about 4 weeks, depending on what my labs show, then drop down to a 200–300 mg/week cruise.

If I'm still not lean enough once I'm cruising, I'm just going to keep pushing the cut. Even if I sacrifice a little muscle, I'd rather finally get as lean as I want and build back from there.

7/16 – Delts, Traps & Full Body

Crushed a full-body workout today with extra focus on delts and traps. I've been spending some time tanning outside, staying locked in with my diet, and everything is starting to come together.

Current protocol is 800 mg test/week and 4 mg reta E3D. My estradiol came back elevated, but I've had virtually no side effects this cycle aside from a little acne. I could add Arimidex, but since I'm not having any real issues, I'm going to save it for when it's actually needed.

The plan is to push hard for another four weeks, then drop down to a cruise. After that, I'm looking at my next cycle: 600 mg test + 300 mg mast, followed by bloodwork to see where everything stands.

Current weight is 185 lbs, and I'm finally seeing the conditioning and muscle fullness come together. Patience and consistency are paying off.

7/20 Leg day. Planning to take some good progress pictures with proper lighting later this week. My quads are finally catching up, and my hips and hamstrings are really starting to show from this cut. Sitting at 185 lbs, labs came back looking good, so I'm going to push through these last 4 weeks. Currently running 800 mg test per week and 4 mg reta every 3 days. Feeling great overall, and my back is finally starting to show the detail I've been working for. Consistency is paying off.

Keep pushing and maintaining diet/training even post-cycle to keep those gains.
