The angle of the front double bicep for shutupandsquat doesn't do him justices, re take that picture :keke:

Turk: looking good but you look to have lost a fair bit of weight. Is everything to plan or are my eyes decieving me?

Squat: looking huge but I think there is some posing practice needed. Couple of the shots your strengths are damned obvious then in others they look like weaknesses (legs can look weak from the back and yet are a big strong point, arms look weak from the side and yet solid in front poses).

Both of you look set to do well though!!

thanks man, my sidechest pose is probably my best pose....and shutupnsquats legs are just ridiculous u can't see it on the pics but striations are starting to show on his vastus lateralis :drool:

i don't know what u mean by lost a fair bit of weight...yes my weight has dropped a lot, i've been dieting for 10 weeks now and i have dropped about 28lbs....and i think that i'm right on track for 7 weeks out i think that i actually look better conditioned this year at 7 weeks out, than i did last year at 7 weeks out...thanks again man! :2:

thanks D i'm hoping to just coast into the show without doing any drastic changes.....just following the same plan as last year! and i like that second pic 2! haha i just didn't have my leg flexed i was pulling it up and the pic was taken right before i slammed it down!! :bullwhip:

Just so everyone knows!! I have more pics of Shutupnsquat ot post! the computer i was using last night started to overheat so i did not have a chance to post his back double bi, ab thigh, MM and some other goodies!

I was meaning that I thought you had lost a bit of muscle mass with the fat loss. But if it is on track I'm clearly just going by size and not necessarily definition.

Which is something all us pale white guys understand all too well. You need superb lighting to show any definition if you don't have a tan.

Judging from bodyfat tests and weigh-ins, the most he could of possibly lost thus far is 2 pounds of muscle. He's getting low in carbohydrates, thus I can imagine him being more flat than usual.

Looking at these pictures, I don't notice anything but a leaner Turk.

He desperately could use a tan, and I hate flashes on cameras for bodybuilding.

^^ Probably just the flatness and lack of tan that is at fault.

Plus I'm probably not comparing 7wks with 9wks but the other photos at 11 or 13, which would be why I notice the size more.

Please feel free to ignore my future comments as I'm clearly going crosseyed from all this computer work of late :keke:
