from what i read at BBD during my time there before i was banned, Fahad (if its the same Fahad) has a really awesome sence of humour, if he was on the list, itd be an undecidable tie between him and Rocky
but because Fahad aint on the list (and hasnt shown much humour.. at least none that i have yet seen) my vote goes to Rocky

I've seen 7-8 of his films and it's my least favorite. Some freaky effects in it though, as in most Cronenberg films. If you've seen Eastern Promises or A History of Violence you'd know what he's capable of.
