Alot of great BBers right there! Brandon Ray, Lee Banks and some guys I haven't seen before looked really impressive.

I was kind of disappointed by Mark Alvisi and Keith Williams, on the other hand.

Ray and Burneika are the biggest threat here, Keith Williams was far more impressive off season than now, looks like training with Flex worked for Efferding but not for him.

wow, everyone looks better than last year. Ray made some great inprovments on his back ( noticeable on his lat spread )... I hope Banks takes it, im more of a Burneika fan but banks is looking like a true pro.
