Mark Alvisi Set to Make Pro Debut

Mark Alvisi gives MD an update on his pro debut at the 2010 Dallas Europa. Mark was in Chicago at the Jr. Nationals doing a photoshoot for Gaspari Nutrition when he gives MD an exclusive on his progress.

Mark talks about how this was the first real offseason he has ever really had and feels he made some great gains in size. Mark also talks about how he uses cardio to stimulate his appetite.

Mark has also started experimenting with a new twice a day training system. He feels he really pushes his body to the limit with the twice a day training and feels he comes close to overtraining but has been sleeping more and taking naps during the day which have really helped out with recuperation. Mark feels like he is growing into the show!
