His back was very much improved at the 2009 Olympia, but it doesn't look as good now. Could be the lighting and color.

One major flaw I see besides his back is his triceps. They lack a lot of fullness and size.

Quincy has some freaky arms, and probably will come in conditioned, but I don;t think he will make the top 5 though..

oh and he should practice the first pose more.

Well from that last video you posted, he looks great! I agree on the posing though, he's not too good at showing off his body properly, the angles just aren't right.
