Kai's legs are monstrous even compared to the other pros on stage, and i agree with coach he didnt seem to want any direct comparisons with kai although a bit unfair since kai has a competition coming up soon hence the better conditioning

Kai looked better because he is getting ready to step on stage shortly, I do not think he is over powering Jay or even Phil now re muscle mass. Also now that his gut is in controll his waist seems like its 3 foot wide! Of all presenting here Phil was most impressive IMHO!

Don't know, but his wide distended gut sure will smoke him.
Amazing how the "fans" can't see how ugly are some of his poses, where his short torso makes his midsection even worse.

He's @ 3 weeks out from the NY btw.

With that said his legs are some of the best in the IFBB, arms look huge in the BDB which is a good pose for him, not a fan of rear lat spread where it looks odd. Winner of the NY Pro.


Phil's chest looks thicker than ever now, even here next to Branch, and overall I think he added some size while keeping the waist tight.
