Everyone looks to be in great shape... including Muscle Mecca BUT I still cant reply to the posts without goinginto advanced option!!!!

By the looks of these pics its Toneys show to lose... he seems to be looking better than ever before... also by the by WHY THE HELL CANT HE HAVE THE SAME PERSON TAKE HIS PICS FROM THE FRONT THAT TAKES THEM FROM THE BEHIND????????

Lee Banks 1 week out interview. He's been working with Farah since last year after the Tampa show.




And since all Farah clients are always in shape, this is gonna be a good show.

Im very impressed by Rhoden. He is in his best shape of his life 1 week out.

Paki, I disagree, his glutes are soft as always and it will be detrimental to his placing considering 3-4 top guys will be in better condition.

I havent seen any Roelly pics and from everyone elses pics Xman's conditionning impresses me the most... I dont remember seeing cross striations in his triceps and glutes!
