What the hell causes that?

Too much estrogen _ occurring naturally or in case of BBers due to aromatization of androgens into estrogens!
It used to be a big problem in the late 80's and early 90's but BBers and their Gurus learnt how to get a hold on it before it got out of hand. Unfortunately once it gets going there is only surgery that will get it out of your pecs!
Some people get the surgery done even before it starts so that the gland isn't even there to be affected by the (ab)use of steroids! Cedric did that but IMHO his surgeon effed up his pecs!
