Everything is going well. 8th place again which means I didn't place 6th as I expected. Anyways, I am happy with the result because my main mission is to bring a better shape with every new contest and I did it again.
Next station is Nordic Pro, a new challenge - a new me. Thank you again for providing me a great support. I really appreciate it!

I didn't really expect Bonac to win, for real, but he deserves it, indeed.

Bonac may have great conditioning and some body parts like legs and arms, and the back in the back double biceps pose, but other than that I would not consider him a "threat" for the Mr O at all. He is shorter than Dexter and because of his very short torso he looks weird in the front poses like front double and front lat spread.

I had Dexter winning this show. He was better than he was in Kuwait, and has a much better structure imo. Big Ramy in 2nd.

I think that bonac didn't win this show. I'm his fan but i don't see him in that condition to beat dexter and rami. If u see the pics you will see that dexter was in great shape and bonac cann't beat him.
