Very proud of my dear friend and client @mrmanuelromero for his showing and top 5 placing at the Ferrigno Legacy Show tonight. Manuel and I started our journey 6 weeks ago and he did absolutely incredible job getting in shape so quickly. I have been big fan of his physique for many years and I am delighted to be his coach. Needless to say I strongly believe that he will make huge mark in this sport - starting early next year - hopefully with the invitation to Arnold Classic. Brancon Curry is a completely new bodybuilder since he joined the Camel Crew. This show could have gone either way imo, but Curry had the better conditioning and hardness I think.

Congrats to him for the win and the Mr O 2018 qualification!

Alright guys finally making a post show post! Just packing up today to head to San Marino for @sanmarinopro. I'd like to thank you guys for all the fan support and messages. Very excited about this 3rd win of the season with my coach @abdullah_84otb via @bader_boodai and my crew @o2_gyms! This was a great showing for Scitec Nutrition as well with two of their athletes going head to head, there was no doubt I would have to be on my A game with @cedricmcmillan! Thanks Lou and the @ferrignolegacy team for putting on an awesome event, it's an honor to have won this title. Being on the road two weeks in a row before from Budapest to Kuwait to Indonesia I was not sure how my body would respond but thank God all things worked in my favor. Special thanks to my lovely wife @bleaver808 and my sponsors @generationironofficial @mnxsportswear and @eatsmart_q8 for supporting me in this bodybuilding lifestyle. I had the honor to compete in the #ferrignolegacy among great #bodybuilders this past weekend. It was a great turnout, over 160 pro athletes, 29 men's bodybuilders. Unfortunately, I didn't bring my best package, no where close to it, been dieting since the beginning of the year and my body wasn't responding well for the show. You live and you learn, on to the next, let's make 2018 a good year.
