2 weeks out until I step on stage for the @arnoldsports My trainer @thecharlesglass likes to finish arms off with light 21’s these last few weeks.. sooo, no this is not the same video as the last arm video I posted . Lol! Y’all know I loves me some 21’s!! I’m ready to step on stage “NOW” so coach @georgefarah_guru sent my diet to slow things up for a couple of days and then step on the gas to finish things off. A good coach knows how to do this without having their clients eat cheat meals. ???* Y’all guna be shocked this year. Don’t think I ain’t suffering and busting my ass my last year! ? all my fans get your popcorn ready.. and all my haters or doubters.. get ready to get slapped in the face once again!

Kuclo hopefully had a strategy to peak here and not wait until the Olympia. He looked great in September and if he can even out a few spots, should be right up there in a strong line-up. He can turn it back on before Vegas, but it would be a huge win for him in Ohio.
