He had those lumps since he started competing as a pro.

If you look at bodybuilders with genetically great shoulders, like Kevin Levrone, Dexter Jackson, Jay Cutler and even Brandon Curry, you'll see that no matter how big they get, they still have that round look to them and the "normal" striations from the front head to the lateral head and the rear head of the shoulder.

Hadi has some front delt striations, then a big lump that does not change its size or shape that much in most poses.

Also Maxx Charles has been accused of using site injections, or better: too much of it, to the point it looks Gregg Valentino'd.

^^ in the last one you can see the 2 darker points of the shots, in his lateral delts.
