The competition includes amateur and professional tournaments. The amateur show champions receive IFBB Pro League cards, allowing them to compete in pro division events.

The champions of eight of the nine contested classes in the 2023 Ben Weider Naturals Pro/Am tournament will get 2024 Olympia qualifying. If a contest for the latter is organized, neither the Men's Open winner nor the Women's Bodybuilding champion will get a qualifying.
