Eight states in the southeast area will band together to host the largest FREE fitness event available to both athletes and the general public. This event is for everyone, including individuals who want to start a path of persona health and fitness, fitness aficionados, first-time competitors, and seasoned bodybuilding athletes. The NPC has together fitness, health, and wellness specialists to share knowledge, answer questions, do health exams, and much more.
Everyone is welcome from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

We are collaborating with the Lilburn Lions Club to collect canned items to replenish our local food bank and Sisters by Choice to raise cancer awareness.
