The 2025 edition of Britain’s Strongest Woman lit up the city of York on July 19th, delivering a five-event showdown among 12 elite athletes from across the UK. Lucy Underdown, known for her deadlift dominance, showcased a masterclass in consistency, placing top three in every event and claiming the overall title with a commanding 53 points. Despite not winning a single event, Lucy’s relentless performance made her untouchable.


Britain's Strongest Woman 2025 saw deadlift world record holder Lucy Underdown return to defend her title against previous champion and 3x World's Strongest Woman Rebecca Roberts.
