The 2026 Ben Weider Natural Pro will take place November 13–15, 2026, in Alexandria, Virginia, with qualified IFBB Pro League natural competitors returning for three days of professional and amateur competition.

The event combines the IFBB Pro League Ben Weider Naturals Pro with an NPC Worldwide Pro Qualifier. The professional portion of the show is scheduled for Sunday, November 15, while the amateur competition is split across Friday and Saturday, with NPC Fit Model joining the Sunday program.

2026 Ben Weider Natural Pro Preview: Schedule, Divisions and Olympia Stakes

For many of the pro divisions, the stakes go beyond winning the Ben Weider title. Under the 2027 Olympia Qualification System, most open-division winners at the 2026 Ben Weider Naturals will earn direct qualification for the 2027 Olympia.

When and where is the 2026 Ben Weider Natural Pro?

The 2026 Ben Weider Naturals Pro/Am runs from Friday, November 13 through Sunday, November 15, 2026.

The host venue is:

Hilton Alexandria Mark Center
5000 Seminary Road
Alexandria, Virginia 22311

The hotel will also serve as the location for athlete check-in and tanning services. The contest is promoted by Gary Udit and Ron Hache.

The three-day schedule is divided as follows:

Friday, November 13: NPC/CPA women's competition, except Fit Model
Saturday, November 14: NPC/CPA men's competition
Sunday, November 15: All IFBB Pro League athletes and NPC Fit Model

All IFBB Pro athletes are required to check in at the host hotel on Saturday, November 14 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

2026 Ben Weider Natural Pro divisions

According to the official 2026 qualification rules and promoter schedule, the Ben Weider Naturals will feature both Open and Masters 40+ competition in nine professional divisions:

  • Men's Bodybuilding
  • Classic Physique
  • Men's Physique
  • Fitness
  • Figure
  • Bikini
  • Women's Physique
  • Wellness
  • Fit Model
Each is listed as a single class for both Open and Masters 40+.

Fit Model is noteworthy for 2026. It appears in the official qualification rules and full promoter schedule even though the shorter IFBB Pro competition listing currently does not display it among the divisions. The more detailed qualification documentation and event schedule both explicitly include Fit Model.

Sunday pro schedule

The IFBB Pro League competition begins with prejudging at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 15.

The current prejudging order lists:

Men's Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Men's Physique, Fitness, Women's Physique, Figure, Wellness, Fit Model and Bikini.

Finals are scheduled for 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.

The promoter notes that times and the running order are subject to change, so athletes and spectators should verify the schedule again closer to the contest.

How do athletes qualify for the 2026 Ben Weider Naturals?

The Open divisions at the Ben Weider Naturals are not open-entry professional contests.

The official qualification period began November 21, 2025 and ends November 8, 2026.

An IFBB Pro athlete can qualify for an Open division in one of three ways:

  1. Finish in the top two of an Open division at the 2025 Ben Weider Naturals Pro.
  2. Finish in the top two of an Open division at an eligible Natural Pro contest during the 2026 qualification period.
  3. Be a previous Open division winner at the Ben Weider Naturals Pro.
Previous Open champions receive lifetime eligibility for the event.

Masters 40+ athletes are not required to pre-qualify. An athlete who qualifies for an Open division and is at least 40 years old may also compete in the corresponding Masters 40+ division.

The qualifying calendar has included Natural Pro events across the United States and internationally, with additional qualifying contests still scheduled before the November 8 cutoff.

Who has qualified for the 2026 Ben Weider Natural Pro?

The IFBB Pro League maintains an official qualified-athlete list for the contest.

Importantly, the published list is not yet the final 2026 lineup. As of October 21, the page itself states that its most recent update was October 3, 2026, while the qualification period continues through November 8. Athletes qualifying at later contests may therefore not yet appear on that page.

Among the athletes already listed are several defending 2025 Open champions.

Yeong Hong Chua of Malaysia won Men's Bodybuilding at the 2025 Ben Weider Naturals, while Prosper Nwafor of the United Kingdom won Classic Physique and Torre Washington of the United States won Men's Physique.

On the women's side, the 2025 Open champions were Andrea Glass in Fitness, Dekel Quant in Figure, Megan D'Ginto in Bikini, Trisha Pollydore in Women's Physique and Maria Rita Penteado in Wellness.

Those champions are eligible to return, but an athlete being qualified should not be interpreted as confirmation that they will actually compete in November. The final registered field will only become clearer after qualification and registration close.

The 2027 Olympia qualification stakes

One of the biggest reasons to watch the 2026 Ben Weider Natural Pro is its special position within the 2027 Olympia Qualification System.

The IFBB Pro League states that all Open division winners at the 2026 Ben Weider Naturals qualify for the 2027 Olympia except Men's Bodybuilding, Men's 212 Bodybuilding and Women's Bodybuilding.

Neither Men's 212 nor Women's Bodybuilding is listed as a division at this year's Ben Weider Naturals. That leaves Men's Bodybuilding as the exception among the nine scheduled Open divisions.

As a result, the winners in Classic Physique, Men's Physique, Fitness, Figure, Bikini, Women's Physique, Wellness and Fit Model can earn direct qualification for the 2027 Olympia by winning their Open division at the Ben Weider Naturals.

That is particularly significant in Classic Physique, Men's Physique, Bikini and Wellness. Under the broader 2027 Olympia Qualification System, competitors in those four divisions normally qualify through the points standings or by winning two Open contests. The special Ben Weider provision gives its champions an automatic Olympia qualification instead.

The Masters 40+ winners at the Ben Weider Naturals do not qualify for the Masters Olympia through this contest.

Drug testing at the Ben Weider Natural Pro

The Ben Weider Naturals is a drug-tested event governed by the IFBB Pro League's Natural Contest Rules.

Under the league's general Natural Pro Doping Control Protocol, testing is conducted for anabolic agents as well as diuretics and masking agents, normally using urinalysis. The protocol states that the top two finalists in each division are tested and that polygraph testing may be used instead of, or together with, urinalysis when approved by the IFBB Pro League.

There is an important Ben Weider-specific qualification to those general rules: Rule 22 states that the tested categories and testing methods at the Ben Weider Naturals Pro may differ from those used at other Natural Pro contests.

For the 2026 event specifically, the promoter's official event information states that polygraph screening is required and that athletes will receive instructions for making their testing appointment.

The IFBB Pro League's Natural Contest Rules also state that athletes using hormone replacement therapy or testosterone replacement therapy (HRT/TRT) are not eligible to compete in Natural Pro contests.

Competitors should consult the complete current IFBB Pro Natural Contest Rules rather than relying on summaries when determining eligibility.

Tickets and livestream

Tickets for the 2026 Ben Weider Naturals are scheduled to be sold at the door and during athlete check-in, with the promoter stating that payment is cash only and that there are no advance ticket sales.

For Sunday's IFBB Pro and NPC Fit Model competition, the listed prices are:

Prejudging: $70
Finals: $70
Prejudging and finals: $120

The promoter also confirms that a livestream of the event will be available through Battle Up Media.

Prize money

The promoter currently lists prize money for the professional competition in both the Open and Masters 40+ categories.

For each Open Pro division, the advertised payouts are:

1st place: $1,500
2nd place: $1,000
3rd place: $500

Each first-place winner in the Masters 40+ divisions is listed to receive $500.

What to watch at the 2026 Ben Weider Natural Pro

The full competitive picture is not set yet.

The qualification period remains open until November 8, and the IFBB Pro League's published qualified-athlete list was last updated October 3. That means predictions based on the current list would be premature.

What is already clear is that the Ben Weider Naturals offers an unusual combination: athletes must earn their way into the Open competition through the Natural Pro circuit, past champions remain eligible to return, Masters 40+ competition runs alongside the Open classes, and winners in eight scheduled Open divisions can leave Alexandria with a place at the 2027 Olympia already secured.

For competitors still chasing qualification, several Natural Pro contests remain on the published qualifying calendar before the cutoff. For fans, that means the field can continue evolving right up to the final weeks before the show.

The 2026 Ben Weider Natural Pro takes place November 13–15, 2026 at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center in Alexandria, Virginia, with all IFBB Pro League competition scheduled for Sunday, November 15.
