On the upside this time he was actually less gay. On the downside choreography looked like it was designed by a stupid 13 year old girl. Arguably he is in good condition but the shape is what it is; short torso, arched back, and overall gorilla-like anatomy and looks.

Legs, not solely quads.
But those three are definitely way ahead of everyone else in the legs department.

His condition IMO is spot on... no fat (almost) and no loose/hanging skin! His triceps in the back-double-biceps shot rival those of Roelly & Phil!

But I agree with 'SOULDESTROYER' re his anatomy... and hence also with John Romano in that Kai has packed too much muscle on his frame and sacrificed muscle separation... his back-double-bi used to be be a lot more detailed and compelling two years ago than what it s today... same is true for his quads!

I have Jay's left leg as number one, then both legs of Branch at 2nd and then both legs of Kai at 3rd and Jay's Right leg as the 4th best wheels in the O contenders!
