or all Wendlerites to post there weekly totals in for a comparison. Or just somewhere for Bulky and I to compete against each other. Whatever.

Similar to the Powerlifting League thread, you need to take post your weekly total (the sum of all your estimated 1rms), your weekly bodyweight and your Wilks total.
Work your 1rms out with the formula: weight x reps x 0.0333 weight = 1rm
Wilks calculator here: http://www.powerlifting-ipf.com/fileadmin/data/wilkscalc.htm

Now I understand that some people are using different lifts than the main 4 but that's ok, its mainly so you can see how awesome you are compared to last week. Best to include which for lifts you used for clarification and also which cycle and week you are in.

Once we get a few posted we might even try for a top 10 based on Wilks totals. :borat:

I suggest we do this based upon week 3 set 3 results, rather than any week.

Cycle 2, week 3
Bench: 142kg
Overhead press: 76kg
Squat: 184kg
Deadlift: 210kg

Total: 612kg
BW: 88kg (although my weight has been all over the place lately)
Wilks: 395.3

NB: I'm also doing the snatch before squats and C&J before deadlifts.

^Week to week your totals can change quite a lot depending on your energy levels. I just bombed on today's deadlifts so my total won't be that crash hot in comparison to last week. I think it'd be worthwhile posting all weeks. Plus it means the thread will get more traffic :borat:

^^ I get what you mean, just it favours those who can rep things and have no top end.

Also a side note, my Wilks is somewhere between 390 and 398, depending on my weight. I haven't weighed myself in the morning dry in months, so evening weight is dependant on all sorts of things.

I don't have scales at home so gym weight is all you're going to get from me.

I've always hated the guys that say that they weigh X, claiming how huge they are, and then you realise that the weight they quote is them at the end of the day, in shoes and clothes, holding their drink bottle and towel.

But don't worry Freako, I still <3 u.

I get someone else to hold my dick when I get on the scales, otherwise it adds 5 kgs.

Dunno man, that calculator is pretty inaccurate for me example.
I've banged out 122.5kg for 20 in squats and the calculator says my 1rm should be 204kg wich clearly is not realistic. Since I'm not good for anything above 170-180kgs, will the calculated 204 kg count?

^^ Try and be realistic. I know that mine are roughly what I could lift (except bench which I'd battle with unless fresh).

Have you read the first post? You are meant to calculate the max's from the equation that 5/3/1 people are using.
