Amazing, his best showing ever IMO. He even made Flex Wheeler not look impressive there. If he stayed at that shape and came in that condition he would have been hands down Mr O with no controversies and could still be dominating to this day. He should have just maintained rather than trying to get bigger which lead to him losing his aesthetic look and his eventual injuries.

God damn they all look great. In rear lat spread Ronnie is killing Chris and Flex (especially in thickness). Ronnie's best appearance. This was also Cormier's best ever and maybe even Flex's. Great post man!!

while i think you are right, his will to evolve and grow and grow caused much more effect in the history than keeping the same weight year after year
