I know that it's not related to bodybuilding, but I think that this sort of videos can inspire the other members of this community to achieve their goals. I would of posted it elsewhere, but this section gets the most exposure. The video proves that if you are really willing to do something, you can definitely achieve it.

Not easy to lost so much fat. Then after there is so much skin left. Good on that guy. Big accomplishment especially with no surgery.

I know. There is really no excuse for people who are extremely obese and who say that they can not lose weight. Where there is a will, there is a way. If he was able to do it, everybody is.
