Seem to have a pretty good build from what I can see. Fairly lean and well built. From what I can see in the picture, I would recommend working on building some mass to your delts. That would help even out your upper body a little more.

thanks for the good words guys,creator you are wright my delts are my weakest part but i am working on it,this picture is from summer,i have gained 3-4 pounds since then.
@mvsf1 thanks buddy,i dont know how much body fat i have but i think 8% might be to low,i think i am at 10-11 %

i dont have many pics,i only have a few worth posting,back shot is 2 years old,i weighted 67 kg then,now i am 74
