depends how u paid. money order or western union is gone. credit card there is a possibility just call your company and tell them somebody used your card..

contact your credit card company and say that you never received your product. They will then file a report with the company that you submitted your order from. From there your CC company will issue a refund after they have taken all the proper steps.
