Has anyone tried this or the original version and did you like it?

Yea i tried the original like a year ago or so. Stuff worked pretty good for me and cant wait to get a bottle of the new stuff. Im 5`4 and i got my weight up to 170 while on the stuff which isnt bad considering my abs were still visible. Strength gains were decent aswell.

just stick to good old mono..

those new types od creatine are pure bullshit compared to mono.

I'd stay away from anything but Creatine Monohydrate. Layne Norton posted a study on all the different creatines and it proved that everything but CM is no more effective and just a scam.
