lmao!! dude i cant drink anything else i feel like ima blow up or something (like coke) so im happy with water just better than when i was in bootcamp we drank some dirty ass water all the time haha, and while in the field we drink Ewater, they put salt in the water so we can retain it and not pass out and get a thermometer stuck up your ass haha

Damn, I can't imagine three gals a day! Shiaat, I'd have to wake up three times during the night to finish the job. I'm good for a gallon. Plus I drink 4-5 cups of coffee a day which keeps me runnin.

During contest prep I'd hit the bathroom 18+ times a day, of course, this was during the sodium loading stage.

Anyway, if you're drinking severely too much water, depending on body composition, if electrolytes do not accompany the fluid intake, you could cause your body to go into water intoxication. The average adult can process a large amount of water in the kidney's so I'm sure that's not a problem...just a heads up.

Good amount of water in food also. Drink to keep yourself well hydrated throughout the day in my opinion.
