well acctually the full time of it is 9 days including pre/post and workout session.

still if its possible 1 inc in 9 days are pretty impressive ^^

i'd be interested to see someone actually try this and post their results. i'm sure from a science standpoint it makes zero sense and i'd be suspicious that the bulk of the arm growth under the measuring tape is more inflammation than anything else. but there's a little part of me that thinks this may work to some degree. maybe not a full inch, but still something significant.

the video is old i tried it like 1 year ago!

i didn't had a inch but it was close to 1 inch but only from the swelling.. it went away 4-5 days later
